I wondered what the picture quality is like on the Vulkano Flow, so I looked for some reviews. I read it adjusts the bit rate according to the bandwidth available from your device. I have the Sling Adapter from DISH though, where I work. It works a lot like the Vulkano according to this description. I would have bought the Vulkano if I my service didn’t already come with the Sling Adapter when I was a new customer. Now DISH discounts the Sling Adapter for their customers, which is less than the Vulkano. It makes sense to put them together though since people who want to watch TV on the go need a TV provider anyway.
